Adequate physical fitness, suitable equipment and attention to environmental conditions are recommended.

Always check the route before setting off: even if it’s up to date, the weather and terrain can change. Take a GPS device or a reliable app with you to follow the route.

THE CREDENTIALS

Credentials are the “traveller’s passport”: a personal booklet that accompanies the walker throughout all the stages. Each participating establishment stamps it with its official seal, certifying the walker’s passage and creating a unique memento of the experience. They are a simple, symbolic token of identity that reinforces the sense of belonging to the route.
